In order to save spending, the county closed 35000 streetlights, and dimming 1000 street lamps in the night last year, this can save 800000 pounds a year (about 7.7 million yuan), if replace to LED street lamps, no need to turn off or dim the lights it can be increased to 2 million pounds (about 19.27 million yuan) a year.
