Is LED power supply working and ambient temperature the same?

Electronic equipment parameters of the working temperature and Ambient temperature is not a same concept. Working temperature: refers to the temperature of the equipment normal work itself (scope); Ambient temperature: refers to the equipment need to work on environmental temperature range.

How many degrees does led lamp working temperatures can reach?

Temperature relate to heat dissipation, LED can work at low temperatures. High power LED can reach more than 100 degrees Celsius. But high temperature affect LED life, so the lower the temperature, the better.

High power LED particles calorific value is very large, but affecting the service life of the LED at the same time, because fever results in a decreased resistance, electric current is too large. Easily damaged LED particles. So high power LED lamps and lanterns are mounted to the radiator.

Why the working temperature of LED lamp is higher than energy-saving lamps?

Energy-saving lamps will send out most of the heat by its pipe .
LED chips will be fever, heat dissipation depends on its lamps and lanterns. So it’s very important to LED lamp cooling. If the heat of Led lamps doesn’t solve the fine, the surface temperature should be below 60 degrees, the energy-saving light bulb temperature is higher than this. Energy-saving lamp base is plastic and is not sensitive to temperature conduction. So it is hot when touch the bottom seat. Led base generally is aluminium alloy, the cooling effect, generally under 60 degrees.

At present the cost of LED lights and heat dissipation is still a great technical difficulties, in other words there is no company can make a break though.

Which kind of light is higher efficiency, LED light or energy-saving lamps?

Of course is the LED lights, LED luminous efficiency is 400-500 lumens per watt in theory, but current technology can achieve more than one hundred points, most of the LED lights on the market is 80-90 lm/W, which energy-saving lamp can not reach.
